Fall is a time for comfort food, you now the kind, cozy, spicy, heart-warming meals, made with love. This is my favorite time of year to be in the kitchen creating. Inspired by the local, seasonal foods, I find there is no shortage of ideas for fall recipes to make. With all the pies, squash, apples, rustic veggies, warming spices and pumpkin-spiced everything, it’s a good time for comforting, nourishing meals enjoyed with the ones you love most, as you start hunkering down for the cold and dark winter ahead.
